What’s the back-up plan for inclement weather? With a 4000 square foot, beautiful indoor facility you will never be without a back-up plan. Knowing by noon on wedding day is our policy, but we’ve been known to come inside from an unexpected rain shower during an event. When having an event outside would deem unsafe for your guests or damage to our property, we reserve the right to bring the event inside. 

Do you allow outside catering? Yes we do! In both self-catering and outside professional catering. There is a $125 fee requirement that includes tables for serving, prep area, a refrigerator, ice, water, garbage cans & liners & access to our dumpster. Cleaning deposit may be required. No cooking allowed. Warming kitchen only!  Must bring prepared food. Point person is mandatory. Liability contract required.  Must approve caterer prior to wedding day. 


Do you allow alcohol? Yes we do, for select events. $500 security fee, liability contract & preferred licensed bartending company already approved by us is required. We supply tables & linen & some ice.  Strict S.M.A.R.T & Utah private party laws apply as well as our own policies. 1.5 hours max if no meal is served, 3 hours max with meal. No serving of alcohol after 9pm. 

Can we bring in outside services? Yes! At GDC you can use us a little or a lot. You can just rent the property and bring all other services in or allow us to be immersed in your event fully providing catering, flowers, coordinating, wedding cake services & more. Must approve all outside vendors prior to wedding day.


Do you allow our dog to be a part of our ceremony? On occasion, yes we do! With signed liability statement and a promise to clean up. 

Do you allow sparklers?  We do allow a sparkler send-off only if we are coordinating the event.  If you are not in the Garden Package or have not added on Coordination- sparklers are not allowed. 
Fireworks & lit paper lanterns are prohibited.

Do you give any discounts? We do have a short-range discount, off-season discounts & weekday 
discounts. Call or email for details! 

Do you book on Sundays? On select Sundays we can rent property, we do allow the Property Rental option on this day. No catering or other services are offered. ​

What are your extra hour fees? Can we come in early to set up? The property rental is 2-10 or 4-10pm. Your set up time begins at the rental time. You can rent the entire day for set-up for $500 additionally. After 10pm: $200/hour. Must be planned for ahead of time.

Do you do extra decorating? We sure can. A bid can be provided as well as ideas & planning.
ANY big decorating such as lighting, up on ladders, into trees, ceilings, etc. MUST be done by a licensed company. 

What is your deposit & method of payments? $500 secures your date. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. An additional $500 is due 6 months prior to event if event has not occurred. We accept any major credit cards, checks & cash. Payments can be made along the way, if preferred.
